Hi Anshika,

Mathematics will be there as a subject in B.Sc. General but not in B.Sc. Chemistry Hons. But in B.Sc. Chemistry Hons. you will be required to have a good knowledge of Mathematics as you will be required to solve many questions using your mathematical ability. If you hate Mathematics than you can go for B.Sc. Chemistry Hons. but you will not be able to learn Maths there you will have to apply what you have learnt. If you want to learn some Maths and then do calculations easily then you can go for B.Sc. General.

As per my advice, you should go for General B.Sc. as you will get to learn some Maths and then solve questions using your mathematical ability.

Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!

Anshika sharma No, no, it gets more tougher, the basic concepts remain same but the concepts evolve become very wide. They just get deeper and more deeper.

Sir i read somewhere if you hate math then Don't take it at college level..cause it becomes far more different and difficult than school level math... chemistry require only basic math isn't it?

Anshika sharma As you wish, I just wanted to inform you that if you would have a good knowledge of Maths, even chemistry would seem more easier. If you hate Maths by heart then you can go for B.Sc. Chemistry Hons. as you would be more comfortable doing this, I think so. Rest is your decision...
