Hello dear student,
Greetings!
Following are natural method of contraception; -
1. Coitus interrupts :- Coitus interruptus, also known as withdrawal or the pull-out method, is a method of birth control.
2. Peroidic abstinence :- In this method, couples avoid coitus from day 10 to 17 of the menstrual cycle when ovulation could be expected. This period is also called as fertile period as the chances of fertilization is very high during this period.
3. Lactation amenorrhea :-The menstrual cycle and ovulation do not occur during intense lactation and so the chances of pregnancy are low. This method is effective only upto six months after child birth.
Thankyou

Hi Suraj,
The best natural method is to say No.Fertility Awareness Methods (FAM) is another natural method in order to pinpoint the times of fertility and infertility. Using physiological signs you can learn to identify the fertile days of the cycle (typically about six days total). This can help improve efficacy by ensuring you use the most effective methods (or double up on two fairly effective methods) during the times of highest risk.
Once you've learned how to identify the fertile days of your cycle you have multiple options. Abstaining from vaginal intercourse on those days is the most effective method (99.4%), however you may also wish to use barrier methods - like condoms and cervical caps, combined with withdrawal. Both of these methods are roughly 85% effective in typical use, however you can reduce your risk by combining both methods.
Hope this helps.. All the best
