Dear aspirant,

Current assets are assets that can be converted into money in !ess than 1 year. They are short term assets and are necessary for company's intermediate needs.

Non current assets are assets that can be used by the company for more than 1 year or lifelong. They are also termed as long-term assets.

According to this definition securities premium is non current asset which is showed under pre reserved balance sheet of the company.

Outstanding wages is reserved. It is a liability which is shown under free reserve in balance sheet.

Trade payables is also a current liability.

Bank balance is a current asset.

Hope this helps.
