which is the best among Nagaland NIT EEE, kakinada JNTU CSE and Andhra university CSE? how about placement? I belong to Andhra Pradesh and I got 998 rank in AP eamcet (EWS) and I got Nagaland NIT(jee mains) in 6th round can I go to spot round If I don't want to go NIT college?
