For practicing English you can use apps like Duolingo. They provide free language learnings. But if you want to improve your English speaking skills, I would recommend you to watch English movies and tv shows and practice speaking with them to improve your speaking. You should also read a lot like novels, magazines, newspapers to improve your vocabulary.

For entrance exams, you can practice the past papers, learn synonyms and antonyms and start learning topic wise.
