To prepare fopr neet exam i must suggest you to gor for teh last 10 year question bank , thsi will help you a lot and you should find out the sample papers on the google. and practice more and more. and i must suggest you to go for some coaching also they have alot experience that how the question paper is framed.

There are no specific books for practicing previous years questions because the questions will be sane throughout in all the books. But in case you are wondering about their solutions go for Arihant. Besides this you can also refer to model papers . Try solving at least last 8-10 years papers....twice ,before you take the test .
