This notes are available online.

Sir has given good short points of all required topics.

At last of every chapter, you get all solved questions from variety of exams conducted in India, related to that topic.

There are so many answers that one can give based on the enormous amount of Google search results that come up.

I would first advice you to look at the past year question papers of GATE / IES by various coaching centres like ACE, IES MASTER, etc. They will prove to be very useful in providing an idea about the questions that may come in the actual question paper.
