Both of these courses are amazing and have a great potential in coming future.

If I talk about bsc in maths honours than its a really tough course, and gives you careers options like teaching, government sector and some chances in corporate sector.

Whereas btech in data science will give you ample opportunities in corporate sector to boost up. Also the current era belong to data science so I'll suggest that you should go for data science as it's having huge potential and your starting salary of your career will be really good.
