T.I.M.E is undoubtedly one of the best  coaching institues of the country as it trains the aspirants to attend many competitive exams. The training methodology ,doubt clearing sessions and mentoring and guidance,essay writing , group discussion and personal interview traing as well as the seminars they organise make T.I.M.E. overall a great centre for CAT coaching.

As far as Career Launcher is concerned most of the things are similar to T.I.M.E. however they have a detailed mock analysis after each mock which enables students to know their weak areas and then improve upon them. Material provided is good and contains lots of previous year questions. Although they have these plus points but they charge pretty heavily compared to the benefits they give to the students and are referred to by most students as "money making" organisation so T.I.M.E. sounds like a better option.

Now coming to IMS, The Study material is better compared to T.I.M.E. (specially the English materials). The faculty in most branches of IMS is really good and most students have positive exoeriences with the teaching. The test series provided are as good as that of TIME.

In short- it entirely depends on your city and choice (as the faculty and batch size keeps changing every year) evn though the material and tests of IMS are the best.
