Hello Aspirant
To become a financial manager you need to have either a diploma in financial management which is a one year course after 12th grade of you can become one after doing an MBA as well.
The colleges which offer diploma in financial management are:
1. Narsee monjee institute of management studies, Mumbai
2. ISB bangalore, delhi and hydrabad
3. all india institute of management studies
4. Ramanujan college
5. swami Vivekanand university
6. university of mumbai

The college doesn't decide what perfect you want to be. You should yourself score and work hard for it. Your percentages/ knowledge and skills decide how much you are focusing towards your goal. So, do not depend on a college, even if the college is good, they can give placements but can't decide your position in the company.
