Hey Arghadeep, The best colleges for the course you are opting are mainly colleges of DU.
The top three colleges are as follows:
1. Hindu College.
2. Shyam Lal College.
3. Kirori Mal College.
The main eligibility criteria for getting admission in these colleges is that you must have 45% or more aggregate marks in 10+2 board exams.

As per your question,it's Delhi university because In Delhi University,BSC physical sciences is simply a bsc program course with three main subjects as Physics, Mathematics, Computer science/Electronics. This course is useful for those students who did not get admitted in any of honours courses of these subjects.
The main advantage of this course is that you can still have a chance to pursue masters in one of these subjects. With a honours degree you can only do it in your field of study.
Beside this you can study much similar course as in BSc(H) physics, B.Sc(H) mathematics, B.Sc(H) Computer science .. Or you can say it is a mixture of these three.
