Btech in cs is far more better then bsc.
They both differ. But if you want to grab a good package of salary then go for btech in cs .

If you want your career in computer science field then i think you should go for b.tech because it will not only open various opportunities but also you will be easily getting jobs.Whatever you will be studying in B.sc allmost same you have to study in B.tech.Think yourself that you will have to study the same thing ,but you won't get simmilar opportunities or exposure to the companies if you are a B.sc graduate.This is very simple.You should be doing B.tech from a good college that has ample placement records.You will surely get job while you are in college through placement.Good colleges prepare their student for placement which you will never get while doing b.sc.
