If you want your career in computer science field then i think you should go for b.tech because it will not only open various opportunities but also you will be easily getting jobs.Whatever you will be studying in B.sc allmost same you have to study in B.tech.Think yourself that you will have to study the same thing ,but you won't get simmilar opportunities or exposure to the companies if you are a B.sc graduate.This is very simple.You should be doing B.tech from a good college that has ample placement records.You will surely get job while you are in college through placement.Good colleges prepare their student for placement which you will never get while doing b.sc.

Compare to bsc cs and btech cs ,btech CS  is the best option to select the course .

Since in btech, computer science engineering a detailed version of C,C++,JAVA,DATA STRUCTURES,CRYPTOGRAPHY AND NETWORK SECURITY,ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION,BIGDATA ANALYSIS are the extremely important topics are covered,

In current generation "coding" is the most repetitive word that every one is using .it designs our career

***So in btech cs it will surely help you to be perfect in coding and ensures that a good programmer in "IOT " related projects

In bsc ,cs not all the above mentioned subjects are not in detail,and so that it may not help you to code every query assigned ,due to indetailed and indescriptive methods and topics
