It only depend upon ones effort and interests. Each and every branch in engineering is best. But scope wise Electrical , Mechanical and Civil are evergreen branches. And CSE and ECE has huge scope because of booming IT industry in India. So choose the branch wisely. Also if you only wish to have placement , then CSE is the best.
