Hello Sahilpreet Singh,

You can choose any graduation degree fot the civil Services exam of you interest,

but you should have a very good grab in those graduation subject ,so that

you can choose them as optional in your Civil Services Exam.

Choose the degree in which you can give enouh time for the preparation

for the CSE.

Dear Sahilpreet, you can do any graduation degree a per your background or your interest, but if you can do graduation with humanities/social science subject you can get an edge in UPSC preparation because in UPSC syllabus contain humanities/social science subject syllabus and you have also chosen an optional subject for UPSC mains exam,you can get help through your graduation subject. So visit the optional subject list and find out your interest subject and choose the same as your graduation course.

You can do graduation in any stream, any field in order to appear for UPSC , but the best options can be B.A History (H) or B.A Political science (H) etc as it will help you a lot during your preparations.

Choose the option which satisfies you best.

so you can either do your graduation by doing B.A or else you can do B.B.A Or B.COM these are the courses which will help you while preparing for the exam..

B.A degree will be more suitable degree while giving this exam as because it help you to develop the writing skills..
