So, obviously IITs in north India are best engineering college.  They include-IIT Delhi, IIT kanpur, IIT kharagpur, IIT Guwhati and then followed by some NITs , IIITs and CFTIs like NIT allahabad, IIIT allahabad, NIT jaipur,  NIT jamshedpur,  DTU, NSUT, BIT meshra, NIT durgapur etc..
