Hello Aspirant,  According to me you should have to go with NIT- Andhra Pradesh because ECE branch in VIT is new. According to the main campus first time any Branch will be averaged. So you have to go with NIT- Andhra Pradesh which is already a reputed college and there will be more chances of placement.
