Out of all the four subjects mentioned above all are equally good and it depends upon your interest that which subject will suit you the most. The scope in all of these subjects is good provided you work hard enough. I will give you a gist of these 4 subjects and leave the decision upto you
Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary field that involves disciplines such as statistics, maths, computer sciences, and engineering so if your maths and stats is good then this subject is good for you.
Biotechnology is another interdisciplinary field including biology: molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, biophysics, biostatistics, microbiology, fermentation technology, medicine subjects as well as the engineering part of it.So for this subjectyou need to have a prior knowledge of biology.
Bioengineering, is the application of engineering principles to the fields of biology and health care. If you choose this you will work with doctors, therapists and researchers to develop systems, equipment and devices in order to solve clinical problems. Ex: Ventilators, microscopes etc
Chemical engineering consists of chemistry (20%) , maths, biology, physics and even economics. If you are a chemistry lover then I have to warn you that chemical engineering is not all about chemistry but only a part of it actually focuses on chemistry.

Uranium recycler : Here chemical engineers are required to convert bomb-grade uranium into low enriched uranium that can be used in nuclear power plants.

Bioinformatics
“Bioinformatics is the study of information technology in the field of molecular biology”.
Bioinformatics involves the scientific interpretation with the computational information. It involves analysis of various factors which affects the movement in our biological systems. Various kinds of technology are used in this analysis of data. Computers and software tools are extensively used for observations of these databases and preserve them for further analyses.
Bioinformatics Degree holder can work in all sectors of biomedical, organizations, biotechnology, in research institutions, hospital, industry and even NGOs.
You can work in private & government hospitals and as a teacher in private and public colleges.
