Hi student,
Computer Based Test (CBT) is conducted for GATE Examination. GATE examination comprises of 65 questions carrying 100 marks in total. Total time duration for GATE exam is 3 hrs (90 mins). Each Paper comprises questions from 2 sections as follows:
- General Aptitude - 15 marks
- Technical (along with Engineering Mathematics for certain papers which are mentioned below) - 85 marks
General Aptitude (GA) Test is common to all papers. There is one mark and two marks questions in each section of all GATE Papers.
