Till now, the best website where I have found my answer to JEE or medical doubts is askIITians forum. Other than that I have used some applications which are really good.Instasolv - they provide solution of doubts within 30 minutes and give Paytm money on solving other users doubts. TopprDoubt - they are also good. The teachers provide solutions directly. But the only issue after 3-4 questions it asks you to pay. Meritnation Homework - It is more like a discussion forum where other students answer your questions.
