Which is the highest job for a girl after completing chemical engineering (btech)?

I don't understand the meaning of 'highest job'. As far as placements are considered, first of all there is no gender bias for that. If you are in a good institute you can get placed in petroleum field in companies like Reliance, which give a decent package of atleast 6-7LPA as of now.
