Which is the more better college Vinayaka mission's Karaikal or Shri satya medical college Kancheepuram Tamil Nadu?

Vinayaka Mission's Medical College was established earlier than Shri Satya Medical College but SSMC is a better college than VMMC.
SSMC has 150 mbbs seats and VMMC has 100 .
Fees structure of both the colleges are almost same.
Kanchipuram is an Ancient city ;full of temples and karaikal has temples but beaches too.
