Both the classes you mentioned are the known best classes for NEET/IIT , and the difficulty level of test series provided by them is appropriate . Expert faculty make the question paper after analysing various previous exams and papers .
I would suggest you to choose one of these and then trust the one you selected.
Give tests regularly , review them on time.
However sometimes some tests or questions are difficult compared to the one asked in Neet ug examination but practicing them will give good a better orientation and direction of thinking.

I would suggest you to practice both because both are tough. Because the more you practice the more you will become perfect in time management and your concepts will also get brushed up. The more you give tests in different Institute the more variety of question you will get to practice. But these test series are tougher than actual neet exam.
