Which istitute is better option for Management Course,either BIT-Mesra or MNIT-Jaipur,being SC candidate

Hi there,
Management course at MNIT jaipur is far better than the course at BIT meshra,
The infrastructure and faculty bis also better at mnit and the careers scope is also more at mnit jaipur rather than bit meshra.
So I would suggest to purue it from mnit jaipur.
