Although all the colleges jntu hyderabad, manthani,sultanpur and karimnagar are state government colleges and government colleges, all the colleges will be good.
But among these jntu hyderabad stands top because it is located in a populated city where you can get a lot of exposure and good facilities in and around the college.There will be a lot of events conducted in the college.
As it a state government college, the college hostel facilities will be good and even the placements will be good
