To reach this level a candidate must have done atleast till level B2 from a recognised institution like Alliance Francaise.
For jobs like translator and interpretation, you are made to sit for an interview and they check your fluency and understanding of that language in various aspects. Foreign languages are in high demand due to rise in globalisation.
