which mark is more important for admission to get into medical college? if a person with 50%in 12th and good marks with NEET is accepted for MBBS??

Hello Niranjana,

In order to get a seat for MBBS course, you need to answer an entrance exam called NEET. To answer NEET, you need to have Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as your main subjects in class 12th with atleast 50% marks in each subject. For admission in medical colleges, your NEET marks are important. Your board marks only is for eligibility criteria for answering NEET.

So, if you got 50% marks in 12th but you managed to answer NEET and score a good rank then you will get a seat based on the NEET marks and not 12th boards.
