Hey,

First off,make sure that your basics are clear and your speed and accuracy are also on par with your preparation.

The important chapters of Physics are:

Mechanical Properties of Solid and Fluids,Current Electricity,Dual Nature of Radiation and Matter,Magnetism,Thermodynamics,Rotational Motion,Work Energy and Power,Motion in a plane,Ray Optics,Wave Optics,Gravitations,Oscillations,Atomics,

It is always advisable to be thorough with the NCERT Physics Part 1 and Part 2. Then you can also follow DC Pandey Objective Physics,Concepts of  H.C Verma. You can use the materials provided by the coaching Institutes as they are specifically designed for the NEET.
