Almost all national level Tier 1 colleges consider 12th marks during application rating for shortlisting a candidate for an MBA programme.

But there are many good state level colleges that don't consider 12th scores and value the entrance examination marks for the selection of the candidate.

So you can apply for the state level MBA entrance examinations and get admission into colleges accepting that score.
