Both of these programs from PES are equally good.
If you want foreign universities exposure than you can definitely choose PES MBA(Blore + abroad) but if we considered it in current situation I'll suggest you to go for normal MBA due to COVID 19 situation.
It doesn't make much difference if you work on your skills by studying in your college itself.
