MBA is not towards a gender in particular and as you are talking about HR or Finance, it totally depends on your choice and your interest it has nothing to do with a gender. Previously it was believed that male should opt for MBA in marketing as you have to directly deal with various companies and individuals but recently i have noticed that a lot of things have changed.

I can actually give you an example, even I’m looking forward to do MBA this year and have been talking to a good number of MBA aspirants and got to know that a good number of female aspirants are opting for MBA in marketing and a good number of male candidates are applying for HR (HR is said to be preferable for Female candidates). I won’t say it was shocking though things have changed. Be it a male candidate or female candidate know yourself first and then opt for which ever stream/ field would be suitable for you, your mindset and your character.

So the answer would be follow your interests and in whichever stream you are familiar enough. Analyze your self and choose the stream which will suit you.

Girls can do any specialization of MBA. It depends on your interest what you want to do. Generally HR is prefered by girls because it's easy to do. Scope of Marketing. Finance and HR are best since many jobs are available.

If you are looking for higher package than Finance and entrepreneurship are the specializations you can go for.
