Hello Abdul

Firstly, your should practice questions given in NCERT behind every chapter. Many a times questions are asked from them.

Other reference books for MCQs practice of NEET level are as below:

Physics-

NCERT- class 11 and 12

Concepts by HC Verma

Objective Physics by DC Pandey

Chemistry:

NCERT of both class 11 and 12

Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon

Modern ABC of Chemistry

Dinesh Chemistry Guide

Biology:

NCERT is highly important for Biology- 90% questions are asked from it.

Truemans Biology- Vol. 1 and 2

Objective Biology by Dinesh

Pradeep Guide on Biology

Practice maximum number of questions to get enough idea of the question-level-pattern. Also refer the previous years question papers.

Practice maximum to score maximum.

Good Luck.!!

For organic chemistry, refer Organic Chemistry by Morrison and Boyd (for reaction mechanisms), organic chemistry- objective by Arihant (for practicing questions). But first go for NCERT of both class 11 and 12 very nicely, follow the basic nomenclature-rules given in the NCERT. Read the examples given in tables carefully as questions are asked from them.
Do practice illustrations and the exercise questions given behind every chapter. Around 12-15 questions are asked every year from the organic part.. so try to keep your basics clear and concepts strong.
Good Luck.!
