You havent mentioned your Category. Neverhless, in 2018, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:



General Category: 473

SC: 372

ST: 230

SE: 120



With 378 marks, it is difficult if you belong to General Category and its a close call if you belong to SC. But you have fair chances if you belong to ST or SE Categories. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
