Dear Aspirant,
government medical colleges are considered some of the best colleges to pursue your medical education at. Some of the top medical colleges in the country for medicine is AIIMS which is a government college. However, there are some top private medical colleges as well such as, CMC Vellore. Hence it is difficult to predict which is best. It is dependent on the marks scored by the candidate in the NEET exam. The major difference between government and private medical colleges is the fees structure.
