congratulations for your achievements.

According to your rank you can easily get top NITs ,and IIITs.If you are intrested in CSE ,i will suggest you to opt for IIIT Allahabad CSE branch.This is a very good option with best placements and oppurtunities.

If you want only NITs then you can opt for NIT Warangal or Rourkela in ECE or CSE branches .Finally branch should be selected on your own interest.
