The criteria to get rankings is through percentile not by marks. By knowing marks only you can't tell whether you have cleared cutoff or which college or Branch you will get.
(but it is clear that you have cleared the cutoff since 160 marks is a good score and as per past analysis it is more than cutoff) This is because since there were 8 shifts of exams and the difficulty of each was different so you can't just say anything with marks only. Consider another person with same marks as yours.. like 160 ..then there might be a good difference in rankings if you both gave exam in different shifts. So it's better to know the percentile score then only you can predict your rank and after doing that...you can match your ranking with respective college to know whether you are eligible for an NIT or not.

With 160 marks the percentile score wil be around 98 so the estimated rank will be around 13k of general non-considering reservation.
So you have some more little chances of getting good NITs in the professional courses. Top 5 nits Is tough . But other NITs is some more easy
