As you have not mentioned your category,I am assuming you are General.
For General category this percentile is not excellent as your rank would be around 15000-17000 which is a really good rank.
In this rank you can get into the top ranked NITs ,( like NIT Trichy , Warangal , Rourkela, Surathkal ), you can get easily get branches like Metallurgy, Production , and you may get Chemical engineering or Instrumentation and control or Civil engineering if you are lucky enough.
If you are OBC then you may get some Upper branches like ECE,IT,EEE, but not CSE for CSE you must have 99+ percentile.
If you belongs from SC or ST category then you will get NIT trichy with CSE.
