Considering your category too,their are very low chances of you getting any NIT college unless you belong to some Northeast states where cutoff is generally on the lower side.

Their is not  and much difference inGen-ews and Gen cutoff.

But if you have applied in September exam,you can improve your percentile and get much better college.
