Well what i think is that now-a-days placement scenario has deliberately gone down in cse of civil engineering in mtech. Because many post-graduates end up either being a teacher or clerk in some companies. Demand is very less. But still there are some colleges which have maintained the placement record. You can take nit trichy it is having a good placement record,, then nit warangal, nit calicutt. these are some software which you can get.
