Which obc ncl certificate is required to upload in iiser. I belong to state kerala . Can i upload the certificate which is provided by the state govt as proof. or i have to obc ncl under iiser format. plss reply

Dear Aspirant,
In order to apply in colleges out of your state, then you always need the central OBC certificate. Your state certificate is only applicable to the colleges under your state.
