because of the folloeing reason
As,

[ε0]=M−1L−3T4A2
[μ0]=M L T−2A−2
[R]=M L2 T−3A−2

Your question is incomplete, because you haven't mentioned the options or combinations.

But still as Eo is permittivity of vacumm, then it's dimension is - ( [T^4] [A^2] ) / [M] [L^3]

And as Uo is permeability of vaccum, then it's dimension is - ( [M] [L] ) / [A^2] [T^2]

Now, electrical resistance has dimensions of - ( [M] [L^2] ) / [T^3] [A^2]


So, the perfect combination for getting dimension of electrical resistance is - √(Uo / Eo)
