Correct Answer: Pituitary Gland

Solution : The correct option is the Pituitary gland.

The anterior pituitary gland, a pea-sized gland near the base of the brain, produces growth hormone. It is released in response to signals from the hypothalamus, another area of the brain that secretes growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) to stimulate pituitary gland secretion of growth hormone. An abnormal growth hormone secretion can result in gigantism or dwarfism.
