The worst among the mentioned is IIIT Kalyani.

Living conditions are not good there(people living in private accomodations which even adds up to the costs) and students have to protest for their voices to be heard.

Teachers are not up to the mark and their standards are not as one thinks.

I advice you not to go there.

The above mention colleges are a part of the common college counselling conducted by JoSAA.

The preferences that you should follow are as follows:-

1. IIIT Allahabad (Established by MHRD)

2. IIITDM Kanchipuram (As it was once run and being mentored by IIT Madras)

3. IIITM Gwalior

4. IIITDM, Jabalpur

5. IIIT Srirangam (Trichy) (As, it is being mentored and is running in NIT Trichy, the best of all NITs)

6. IIIT Kurnool (As it is being mentored and is running in IIIT Kanchipuram)

7. IIIT Kota (As it is being mentored and is running at NIT Jaipur)

8. IIIT Sonepat (As it is being mentored and is running in NIT Kurukshetra)

9. IIIT Lucknow (As it is being mentored and is running at IIIT Allahabad)

10. RGIIT Amethi (As it is being mentored and is running at IIIT Allahabad and is very soon to be shifted to it’s own campus)

11. IIIT Una (As it is being mentored and is running at NIT Hamirpur.

12. IIIT Sri City (As it is being mentored by IIIT Hyderabad)

13. IIIT Kottayam (As it is being mentored by IIIT Hyderabad)
