Solution : The correct option is Atherosclerosis - blockage of arteries.

Atherosclerosis is a disease in which  fat, cholesterol and other substances  accumulates in the arteries. These substances has the potential to constrict the arteries and block blood flow. A blocked coronary artery can result in a coronary artery attack . It is produced by a blockage of the coronary arteries, which feed blood to the heart muscle ( vasoconstriction ), whereas vascular dilation is the enlargement of blood vessels. Hypertension is a disorder characterised by very high blood pressure. Hypotension is defined as low blood pressure. It is a disorder characterised by abnormally low blood pressure.
