Solution : The correct option is the Right to Vote .

Part 3 of the Indian Constitution contains fundamental rights. Articles 12–35 fall under this part. These are the basic rights that every citizen needs to be a resident of the country. The Indian Constitution provides us with six fundamental rights. All the rights given in the options are fundamental rights, except the right to vote. It is mentioned in Article 326.
