Correct Answer: Right to Property

Solution : Correct Answer is Right to property

In the original Constitution, the right to property ownership was listed as a fundamental right. Property ownership in India is now a human right as opposed to a fundamental one .The Constitution was amended to include Article 300-A in 1978, which states that "no person shall be deprived of his property except by authority of law." The right to property is a constitutional one, but it is not a Fundamental Right.
