Correct Answer: Right to property

Solution : The correct answer is the Right to property.

In 1978, the 44th Amendment Act removed the right to property as a fundamental right and added a new provision to the Constitution in Article 300A, making it a legal right.  There are six fundamental rights listed in the Constitution:  the right to equality, the right to freedom,  the right against exploitation,  the right to freedom of religion, cultural and educational rights, and; the right to constitutional remedies.
