Correct Answer: Both are true


Solution : The advertisement is given in newspaper trade and professional journals along with full description about the job and its requirements. Advertisement gives white and most of the senior positions are filled by this method. The advantage of advertising is that more information about the organisation and job can be given and management gets a wider range of candidates for selection.

Hence, option A is correct.
