But as I checked the data, I found that the intake of B.Tech. in CSE and ISE stream in JSS University is 120 and 60 respectively however, the placement data for the last year show that the students of these streams were having placement counts of 181 and more than 73 respectively, which counts a ratio of more than 01 placement per student. Moreover, the JSS seems to be less crowdy and fee structure of both the institutes has much difference. The fee structure of VIT Vellore varies between Rs. 50000/- p.a. to 4,90,000/- p.a. plus hostels whereas the annual fee in JSS varies between 50000/- p.a. to 2,06,000/- p.a. plus hostel. Thus there is average difference of Rs. 2,84,000/- between both institutes. Can you elaborate more in this regads.Thanks in anticipation.

Yogesh Kumar Yogesh you are absolutely right. Vit is an overcrowded place where almost 50% students get placement but what about the others? And in sjce( now JSS, Mysore) number of students are less so more opportunities. So SJCE has upper hand. Even you compare SJCE with top 3 or 4 colleges of Bangalore, more or less placement is same. It completely depends on skill.
