If you love and having passion for technology , want to develop new software than you may opt B.tech Computer science . In other hand you like to design new building model and having interest in structure than you can opt Architecture programme.
So choose the field According to your strong subjects and interest.

Both the courses are good. You can choose the course according to your interest.
If you have interest in technical field you can choose CSE and if you have interest in architecture field you can prefer B.Arch.
Both the courses have huge demand in the future you can choose according to the interest.
